3. Service availability

Our Service is available for delivery within the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location.

4. Placing Orders

By placing an Order through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the goods or £10,000, whichever is lower, provided insurance coverage has been selected.
